DeAnna Lee
Project Manager & Mountain Operations Director
With over 20 years in real estate and hospitality, DeAnna has grown from her first multi-unit purchase in 2001 to leading boutique hotels, glamping retreats, and lifestyle-driven destinations across multiple markets. Her background spans investing, real estate sales, and managing over 1,150 guest stays as a 5-star Superhost. Today, she guides Collective Destinations with a focus on intentional design, strong operations, and meaningful guest experiences.
Nate Lee
Project Manager & Mountain Operations Director
Nate brings nearly three decades of experience in mountain operations, construction oversight, and heavy equipment management. As former VP of Mountain Operations at Solitude Ski Resort, he led major infrastructure and terrain projects. At Collective Destinations, he manages on-site development, land planning, and construction execution with precision and hands-on leadership.
JoAnna Wright
Private Equity Syndicator & Asset Growth Advisor
Jo Anna is a veteran real estate investor and educator with 20+ years of experience helping others build and scale wealth. Her students have generated more than $5 million in real estate gains through her guidance.
