Nate Lee

Project Manager & Mountain Ops

Nate, our project manager and former VP of Mountain Operations at Solitude Ski Resort, brings 29 years of expertise in mountain infrastructure and heavy equipment operation. He’s instrumental in crafting SOPs for trail development and supervising construction projects, committing to excellence in every venture with a meticulous hands-on approach.

Samantha Martinez

Operations Manager

Samantha brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality, from managing teams at a mountain resort to providing elevated experiences in remote destinations. Passionate about adventure and creating memorable experiences, she thrives in dynamic environments and leads with enthusiasm. When she’s not ensuring seamless operations, you’ll find her skiing, biking, or exploring new cuisines around the world.

Patty Lutz

Housekeeping Manager

With a 30-year tenure at Marriott, Patty is our seasoned expert in housekeeping operations. She led cleaning and maintenance as head of operations, overseeing staff training and SOP creation. Patty ensures consistent standards by personally interviewing and testing housekeepers for every property.
